White Peach Sorbet


Title: White Peach Sorbet

11 oz Babcock white peaches,
-approximately 3, ripe and
-pitted
3/4 c Water
1/4 c Plus
1 tb Sugar

Puree all the ingredients in a blender until the sugar is completely
dissolved. Pass through a sieve or strainer. Churn in an ice-cream machine
according to the manufacturer's instructions. Store in the freezer for up
to 8 hours.
