Title: Whole Wheat Honey Muffins Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Each whole wheat and white -flour 1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Baking powder 1 ts Cinnamon 2 lg Eggs 1/3 c Vegetable oil 1/3 c Honey 3/4 c Milk Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins or line with paper baking cups. Sift together flours, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. In a seperate bowl, beat eggs. Add oil, honey and milk and mix well. Add liquid ingredients to dry and mix. Fill each muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Make 12 muffins.
