1 1/2 ts Yeast
3 tb Dry buttermilk
1 c Bread flour
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 tb Gluten
1/3 c Rolled oats
2 ts Wheat germ
1 ts Salt
1 tb Brown sugar
2 ts Dried orange peel
1/4 c Sunflower seeds; raw
-unsalted
1 tb Margarine
1 Whole egg
3/4 c Water

2 ts Yeast
5 tb Dry buttermilk
1 1/2 c Bread flour
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tb Gluten
1/2 c Rolled oats
1 tb Wheat germ
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Dried orange peel
1/3 c Sunflower seeds; raw
-unsalted
1 1/2 tb Margarine
1 Whole egg
1 1/8 c Water

Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's
directions. Bake on white bread setting unless otherwise indicated. "Yeast"
