1 3/4 c Confectioner's sugar
1/4 lb Butter
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 ts Milk,, add up to 3 teaspoon

In electric mixer beat butter til fluffy, add confectioner's sugar, vanilla
and milk. Beat til fluffy.

Spread in the middle of two whoopie pie cakes.
