1/2 c Margarine
1 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 c Water
2 c Flour
3/4 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Cocoa
1/2 ts Salt

-------------------------------CREAM FILLING-------------------------------
1 Stick margarine
1 c Confectioner's sugar
1/2 Jar marshmallow cream
-(Fluff)

Preheat oven to 450*

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfull on an
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 - 8 minutes remove from oven and place on
wire rack to cool. Prepare the cream filling by blending together al the
ingredients. Coat one devil dog with the cream and top with another devil
