Title: Wild Mushroom Soup

Yield: 1 Servings

4 c Beef stock (or broth or
-consomme or whatever)
1 Handfuls dried wild
-mushrooms, rinsed well (up
-to 2)
4 Carrot slices (prettiest
-sliced on diagonal)
4 sl Large fresh white mushrooms
6 Slivers green onion
Anything else you think
-would look pretty.

Simmer the stock and dried mushrooms together at least 1 hr. Strain &
discard mushrooms. Add the carrots; simmer 5-10mins just till softened.
Serve the soup garnished with the carrots, fresh mushrooms, green onions,
whatever. Serves 2.
