Wild Rice and Hamburger Skillet
Title: Wild Rice and Hamburger Skillet Categories: Rice Yield: 4 Servings 1 pk (6.25-oz) quick-cooking long -grain and wild rice 2 c Water 2 tb Margarine or butter 1 lb Ground beef 1 cn Reduced-sodium condensed -cream of mushroom soup 1 Jar (4.5-oz) sliced -mushrooms; drained 1/4 c Milk 2 ts Soy sauce 1/2 c Chow mein noodles Cook rice in large saucepan as directed on package, using 2 cups water and 2 tablespoons margarine. Meanwhile, in large skillet brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in cooked rice, soup, mushrooms, milk and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. If desired, serve with additional soy sauce.
