Wild Rice Salad
Title: Wild Rice Salad Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Uncooked wild rice 1 c Chopped pecans 4 Scallions chopped; (include -tops) 1/2 c Golden raisens 1/2 c Cranraisens Orange ; zest of 1/2 c Orange juice 1 sm Can mandarin oranges cut -into thirds and drained. 1/4 c Olive oil Cook rice with salt. (She only cooked her rice for 30 minutes in order to get the crunchy stage.) Cool rice. Mix all. Does not have to be refrigerated but if you do, take it out 30 minutes prior to serving.
