Title: Wilted Spinach Salad

2 1/2 tb Walnut or almond oil
1/4 lb Nuts
1/2 c Mandarin orange segments
1 bn Spinach; washed and dried

In saucepan heat oil with nuts. Add oranges and pour over spinach. Toss and
serve.
