Title: Wonderful and Easy Potato Casserole

2 Bags frozen shredded hash
Browns -- thawed
2 cn Cream of chicken soup
16 oz Sour cream
8 oz Cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 Onion
2 tb Crushed garlic
2 Handfuls
Crushed cornflakes

Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft. In large bowl mix, hash
browns, soup, sour cream and 3/4 of cheese. Add onion mixture and mix
well. Put in 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam top with remaining cheese and
cornflakes. Bake 35 minutes at 350. I got 3 proposals after serving this at
a superbowl party. Guys really like it. Feeds 10-12.
