Title: Yankee Fruit Salad Categories: Salad Yield: 12 Servings 1 cn (20-oz) crushed pineapple 1 pk (3-oz) lemon gelatin 1 cn (2-oz) pimiento; chopped 2 pk (3-oz) cream cheese 1/2 c Chopped celery 2/3 c Chopped nuts 1 pn Salt 1/2 c Cream; whipped Bring pineapple to boil. Add gelatin and cool. Beat cheese until smooth. Stir into pineapple. Add celery, pimiento and nuts. Fold in cream. Pour into 2-quart mold. Chill 24 hours.
