Yorkshire Pudding
Title: Yorkshire Pudding Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/2 c Flour 1/2 ts Salt 2 ts Baking powder 2 Eggs; separated 1 c Milk 1/3 c Hot beef drippings Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Beat egg yolks and add with the milk to the dry mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a shallow baking dish containing hot beef drippings.
