Title: Yorkshire Pudding #1

Yield: 4 Servings

1 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
2 Eggs
1 c Milk
1/4 c Roast beef drippings

Mix flour and salt; gradually stir in mixture of eggs and milk. Beat until
smooth. Pour into hot, shallow pan with drippings. Bake at 400 for 25-30
minutes. Cut in squares and serve immediately.
