1 SMALL SWEET PURPLE ONION, PE
And SLICED INTO PAPER THIN R
2 tb FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY
2 tb CALVERT'S CEDAR STREET GARLI
1 tb RED WINE VINEGAR
1 tb OLIVE OIL
2 ts CAPERS

Alternate slices of tomato, cheese, and onion, overlapping to
form an attractive arrangement. Repeat this order until all of
these three items have been used. Combine next five ingredients
and drizzle over salad arrangement. Chill until ready to serve.
