Title: Zucchini Bread #04 Categories: Bread Yield: 12 Servings 3 c All-purpose flour 2 ts Soda 1 ts Baking powder 1 1/2 ts Cinnamon 3 Whole eggs 2 c Sugar 1 c Oil 1/2 ts Vanilla 2 c Grated zucchini 1 cn (8-oz) crushed pineapple 1 c Chopped nuts Mix all ingredients together. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
