Title: Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 3/4 c Margarine 1 1/2 c Sugar 1 Egg 1 ts Vanilla 1 1/2 c Grated zucchini 1 1/2 c Flour 2 ts Baking powder 1 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Chopped nuts 1 c Chocolate chips Blend as for cookies. Bake at 350, 8-10 minutes NOTE: The recipe was given to me by my hairdresser who got it from a client. When I made them, they took closer to 15-18 minutes to bake.
