Title: Best Chocolate Chip Cookies: Categories: None Yield: 36 Servings 3/4 c Crisco 1 1/2 c Packed brown sugar 2 tb Milk 1 tb Vanilla 1 Egg 1 3/4 c Flour 1 ts Salt 3/4 ts Baking soda 1 c Semisweet mini chocolate -chips Preheat oven to 375. Cream Crisco & sugar, milk & vanilla. Blend in egg. Combine the dry ingredients & add to the mix. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tsp about 3" apart on an UNGREASED cookie sheet. Bake at 375` for 8-10 minutes for chewy cookies. Cool on baking sheet 2 minutes. Remove to rack & cool completely.
