1 pk Red Star active dry yeast
3 c Bread flour
1/4 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Instant coffee
1/2 ts Ginger
1/4 c Milk (80=F8)
1/4 c Water (80=F8)
2 tb Oil (80=F8)
1/2 c Eggs (2) (room temperature)
1/2 c Mashed bananas
1/3 c Chopped walnuts

1 1/2 ts Red Star active dry yeast
2 c Bread flour
3 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Instant coffee
1/4 ts Ginger
1/4 c Milk (80=F8)
1/4 c Water (80=F8)
1/4 c Eggs (1) (room temperature)
1/3 c Mashed bananas
1/4 c Chopped walnuts

Place ingredients into pan in the order suggested by the machine's manual.
Use the 'sweet bread' or regular bread cycle.

An interesting bread with flavors popular in the Caribbean: ginger, coffee
and banana.
