1 Finely diced purple onion
1/3 pk Thin chow mein noodles

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
1/3 c Lemon juice
1/3 c Vinegar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Soy sauce
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Olive oil

Don't dress until ready to serve.
