Title: Cold Pasta Salad Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 Box twisted pasta; cooked, -(any variety) 2 Carrots 1 Big zucchini 1/2 Red onion; sliced thin 1/2 Bottle Italian Salad -Dressing; (approximately) Grate the carrots & zucchini on big holes of a hand grater. Mix everything together and refrigerate. Can use low fat Italian dressing. You might need to use more salad dressing, because the pasta will absorb it. Enjoy.
