-Refrigerated Cookie Dough -
-Chocolate Chip
1 1/2 pt Any flavor Haagen-Dazs Ice
-Cream

1. Heat oven to 350*. Shape heaping tablespoons of well-chilled dough into
balls. Place about 4 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

2. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute;
remove from cookie sheets.

3. Cut foil into twelve 12 x 9-inch pieces for each sandwich desired. For
each sandwich, place about 1/3 cup ice cream between 2 cookies; gently
press together. Quickly wrap each sandwich in foil. Freeze at least 8 hours
or until firm.
