Title: Freezer Cucumber Salad

Yield: 3 Servings

7 c Cucumbers
1 c Chopped onion
1 c Red pepper
1 ts Salt
1 ts Celery seed
2 c Sugar
1 c White vinegar

Slice and peel cucumbers. Mix ingredients altogether and store in a cool
place. Stir twice daily for 4 to 5 days. Fill containers and store in the
freezer.
