Title: Fulkerson Tomato Pudding Categories: Side dishes, Fruits Yield: 4 Servings 2 c Canned tomatoes, drained and -slightly broken up 1 1/4 c Well crumbled toasted bread 3/4 c Brown sugar 1/3 c Melted butter 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper Peheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small baking dish. Mix the tomatoes, bread crumbs, brown sugar, butter, salt and pepper in a bowl. Transfer to the baking dish and bake until the pudding bubbles and browns, about 50 minutes. Let cool a little before serving.
