Title: Green Salsa Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 4 Green tomatos 1 sm Read onion; finely chopped 2 Fresh green chiles; seeded -and chopped 1/2 c Chopped fresh coriander 1 tb Olive oil 2 ts White vinegar 1/2 ts Salt Just mix 'em all together and serve in 30 minutes I didn't have any fresh coriander, so I used ground up seed.
