1/2 c (about 2 oz.) shredded
-cheddar cheese
1 md Carrot; peeled and grated
1/4 sm Zucchini; grated
1/4 Green pepper; grated
2 tb Toasted almond slivers
1 tb Low-fat mayonnaise

-----------------------------TUNA 'N' EGG SALAD-----------------------------
1 cn (6 oz.) tuna in water;
-drained and flaked
1 Hard-cooked egg; grated
1 Carrot; peeled and grated
3 tb Low-fat mayonnaise

---------------------------SPECKLED CHICKEN SALAD---------------------------
4 oz Finely chopped; cooked
-chicken breast, (up to 5)
1 tb Finely chopped red bell
-pepper
2 tb Low-fat creamy Italian
-dressing
1 ts Chopped parsley

Each one of these healthy mixtures makes enough to fill three sandwiches.
Just combine ingredients in a bowl.
