Title: Italian Tuna and Spiral Pasta Salad Categories: Pasta, Salads, Net robin Yield: 4 Servings 5 oz Package spiral macaroni 2 Cans (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, Chilled and drained 6 oz Marinated artichoke hearts Chilled, undrained 1/4 c Italian dressing 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley 2 tb Capers, drained 4 Green onions thinly sliced 1 Rib celery,finely diced 1 c Frozen peas thawed, drained 1 c Sliced ripe olives Formatted by Millie Ellis Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Mix macaroni and remaining ingredients. Serve on salad greens if desired.
