Title: Lasagna Ole Categories: Beef, Pork and ha Yield: 6 Servings 1 lb Ground round 2 tb Butter 1 md Onion; chopped 1 cn (10oz) tomatoes with green -chilis 1 cn (10oz) tomatoes; diced 1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce 1 pk Taco seasoning mix 15 Flour tortilla 1 lb Monterey jack cheese; grated 1 1/2 c Sour cream 1 2/3 c Fresh parmesan cheese; -grated 1/4 c Ripe olives; sliced Brown meat and onion in butter. Mix tomatoes and taco seasonings. Stir in meat. Simmer 30 minutes. In 8x12 inch pan put a layer of tortillas, top with meat sauce, cheese, sour cream, and parmesan. make three layers.
