Title: Lemon Barbecued Chicken Categories: Chicken, Family & fr Yield: 1 Servings Chicken breast; split 1 1/4 c Catsup 1 cn Frozen lemonade; thawed, -undiluted, (6 oz.) 3/4 c Water 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c Prepared mustard 1/4 c Corn oil 2 tb Instant minced onion Mix together catsup, lemonade, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, corn oil and onion. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Place chicken over hot coals on grill, skin side up, about 8" from heat. Cook, basting frequently and turning several times, about 25-30 minutes, or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
