Title: Lemon Basil Chicken

1 c Mayonnaise; ( diet is fine)
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
2 ts Honey
1 ts Dried basil leaves
1 Broiler/fryer chicken; ( 2
-1/2 to 3 lbs.)

Heat oven to 375º F.

Mix mayonnaise, juice, honey and basil. Place chicken in 13x9 baking pan.
Spread with mixture. Bake 45 minutes- 1 hour or until chicken is cooked
through. ( My oven is very slow- it takes almost 2 hours to bake).
