Title: Lemon Chicken Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 3 Boneless chicken breasts 3 tb Flour 1 pn Tarragon 4 sl Lemon 3 tb Butter 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Chicken broth Chopped parsley Cut chicken into 10 or 12 strips. Brown chicken in butter. Sprinkle with flour, salt and tarragon. Cook, stirring constantly,for 5 minutes. Add broth and lemon slices. Lower heat and cook 3 minutes longer.
