3/4 c Big Chief Brown Sugar
1 ts Poultry seasoning
1 tb Flour
1/4 c Margarine
3/4 c Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1 Lemon

Place chicken in baking dish. Mix together Big Chief Brown Sugar, poultry
seasoning, flour, margarine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread over top
of chicken, then slice lemon. Place 1 slice of lemon on top of each piece
of chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350 F. Baste occasionally.
