Title: Lemon Herb Chicken Categories: Chicken, Grill/campi, Healthwise, Main dishes, Microwave Yield: 8 Servings 1/2 c Lemon juice 1/4 c Vegetable oil 1/4 c Minced freshparsley 1 ts Dried tarragon 1/4 ts Pepper 8 Boneless skinless chicken -breast halves In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glassdish, combine the first five in gredients. Add chicken. Seal or cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Drain. discard marinade. Grill chicken, uncovered, over Medium -Low coals for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear, turning several times. Yield: 8 servings. Per serving: 4 lean meat, 1/2 fat 174 calories, 66 mg. sodium, 73 mg. cholesterol, 7 grams fat.
