Title: Lemon Ice Cream Categories: Ice, Creams Yield: 1 Servings 2 qt Half-and-half 2 c Milk 4 c Sugar 3/4 c Frozen lemon juice; thawed 1 tb Grated lemon rind 2 ts Lemon extract Combine all ingredients in freezer container of a 1 1/2-gallon hand-turned or electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Pack freezer with additional ice and rock salt, and let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 1 gallon.
