Title: Lemon Scones

Yield: 12 Servings

1 3/4 c Flour
1/4 c Cornstarch
1 ts Baking soda
6 tb Butter
8 oz Lemon yogurt; lowfat
1/3 c Golden raisins
2 Eggs
4 1/2 ts Sugar
3 oz Cream cheese

Preheat oven to 450ø Cut butter in with flour, cornstarch and soda. Combine
with 1/2 of the yogurt, raisins and eggs, stir until just moistened. Shape
into a ball and flatten on a cookie sheet into a 9 inch circle 3/4 inch
thick. Bake for 7-10 minutes. Combine remaining yogurt with cream cheese
and serve with warm scones.
