Title: Macaroni and Cheese Categories: Microwave Yield: 1 Servings 8 oz Macaroni 1/2 c Undiluted evaporated milk 1/2 c Grated sharp cheddar cheese 4 c Water 1 ts Vegetable oil 1 ts Salt In 4 cup glass measure, heat water, oil and salt 6 to 8 minutes until boiling. Place macaroni in 3 quart glass dish. Pour boiling water over macaroni and cook, covered, 6 to 8 minutes stirring halfway through cooking time; drain extra liquid. In 2 quart glass casserole, add milk and sprinkle with grated cheese. Heat 3 to 5 minutes rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking time. Rest, covered, 10 minutes.
