Title: Macaroni and Cheese

16 oz Small Elbow Macaroni, Cooked
-& Drained
3 tb Vegetable Oil
16 oz Evaporated Milk
3 c Whole Milk
2 ts Salt
6 c Sharp Process Cheese,
-Shredded
1/3 c Butter, Melted
2 tb Onion, Minced

Toss the cooked macaroni in the oil in a mixing bowl. Mix in all the
remaining ingredients. Thoroughly grease the inside of the slow cooker.
Pour the ingredients from the mixing bowl into the slow cooker. Stir well.
Cook on LOW for 3 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
