Title: Macaroni and Cheese

1 tb Flour
1 tb Butter
1 c Milk; warmed
1/2 lb Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb Monterey jack cheese
3/4 lb Macaroni

Reserve 1/2 cup of each cheese. Combine flour and butter. Add warm milk.
Stir in cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
