Title: Macaroni and Cheese Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 3 c Elbow macaroni 1 1/2 c Grated cheese; (or more -depending on your taste) 1/2 Stick of butter 1 c Milk 1 Egg Salt Pepper Preheat oven to 350(degrees). Place macaroni in a pot of water(add a pinch of salt) and boil until tender. Drain. In a long, 2-inch casserole dish, layer macaroni. Add salt and pepper with bits of butter. Add a layer of grated cheese over the macaroni. Continue layering in the same pattern, ending with cheese on top. In a seperate bowl, mix 1 cup of milk and 1 beaten egg together with salt and pepper.
