Title: Mango Chutney Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/2 Mangoes cut and peeled 1 1/2 kg Sugar 100 g Raisins 125 g Ginger paste 125 g Garlic paste 25 g Red chilli powder 1/2 Bottle vinegar Salt to taste I found this recipe at The Hindu newspaper online. Mix the mango pieces and sugar and heat. When the water from the mango dries, add garlic, ginger paste and chilli powder. Let it simmer for some time. Now add vinegar, raisins and salt to taste.
