Title: Mango Salsa Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 Mangos; peeled, pitted, and -cut into 1/4 inch cubes 1/4 c Freshly squeezed lime juice 1 Serrano; jalapeno or arbol -chili, seeds and membranes -removed, minced 3 Green onions; finely sliced 2/3 c Lightly packed fresh -cilantro leaves, (remove -stems before measuring) -coarsely chopped 1/4 Red bell pepper; diced Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a fork.
