Title: Mango Salsa

1 Mango; small diced
1/2 Medium red onion; brunoise
3 Green onion; thin bias slice
1 oz Roasted red bell pepper;
-brunoise
3 Juice of limes
2 oz Peeled; seeded roma tomato,
-small dice
1 tb White wine vinegar
2 tb Orange juice
1 tb Olive oil
1 ts Cumin
1 ts Kosher salt
1 ts Black pepper
1/2 Jalapeno pepper; seeded,
-brunoise

Mix all in a bowl well & let marinate for atleast 3 hours.

NOTES : YIELDS: 2 cups
