Title: Margarita Pie Categories: None Yield: 8 Servings -----------------------------PRETZEL PIE SHELL----------------------------- 1/2 c Margerine 1 1/4 c Crushed pretzels 1/4 c Granulated sugar --------------------------------PIE FILLING-------------------------------- 1 cn (14 oz) sweetened condensed -milk 1/3 c Lime juice; (3 limes) 1 tb Tequila 1 tb Triple Sec 1 c Whipping cream; whipped 2 dr Green food coloring; -(optional), up to 3 I am going to de-lurk and post a recipe I found in a cookbook called " Hookers Slicers and Cookers" by the Royal Palm Country Club In Naples, Florida. I haven't had a chance to try this yet, but it looks yummy! By: Clarice Hager Melt margerine and add crushed pretzels and sugar; mix well. Press into 9 inch pie plate; chill. Combine sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, tequila, Triple Sec, and food coloring. Mix well.Fold in whipped cream. Pour into chilled crust. Freeze 3 to 4 hours, or until firm.
