Title: Marinade for Shrimp Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 c Olive oil 1/3 c Sherry 3 Cloves garlic; crushed or -finely minced, (up to 4) 2 lg Sprigs fresh rosemary 5 Sprigs fresh oregano 5 Sprigs fresh lemon thyme Salt and pepper to taste Recipe by Cairn Rodrigues Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive dish. Add peeled and deveined shrimp of your choice (I used tiger shrimp). Marinate 2 to 3 hours. Thread shrimp on soaked bamboo skewers, barbecue 3 to 4 mins per side, til done.
