Title: Mary Mahoney's Bread Pudding Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 10 oz French bread 6 Eggs 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1 tb Nutmeg 1/4 c Sugar 2 c Milk 1/2 c Cream (half & half) 2 ts Vanilla extract 1 1/2 c Seedless raisins (they use -golden) 2 Sticks butter In bowl, combine eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Add to this mixture, sugar, milk, cream and vanilla extract. Mix well. Cut up bread in bitesize pieces in baking dish (about 1 1/2 quarts). Add raisins and melted butter to bread.
