Title: Mexican Chicken Categories: Main, Dishes Yield: 6 Servings 1 Whole Chicken 1 pk (Large) Doritos Or Nachos 1 cn Green Chiles; Chopped 2 cn Cream Of Chicken Soup 1 pk Mild cheddar cheese; (10 to -12 ounces) Boil chicken until done. Bone when cool. Break up most of nachos. Dilute chicken soup with 1/2 can of broth from boiled chicken. Layer broken nachos, chicken, chiles and chicken soup on top of this, spread the grated Cheddar cheese on top. Sprinkle with a few of the broken nachos. Bake in a 325 ° oven until it is bubbly.
