Mexican Fudge
Title: Mexican Fudge Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings -------------------------------------A------------------------------------- 8 oz Cheddar cheese - grated 8 oz Brick or Muenster cheese - -grated 1 md Jalapeno pepper - grated; -(remember to wear rubber -gloves) 1/2 c Canned chopped green mild -chili's -------------------------------------B------------------------------------- 3 lg Eggs - well beaten 3/4 c Whipping cream 1/2 ts Nutmeg 1/2 ts Crushed red pepper 1 pn Salt Combine these "A" ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Combine these "B" ingredients and pour over cheese mixture and blend well. Pour into buttered nine inch glass pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
