2 tb Chili powder
1 tb Paprika
1 tb Cumin
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Celery salt
1/2 ts Salt

As with anything, tastes vary. So test, then improvise, adding red pepper
flakes, a little sugar, more or less cumin, etc.
