Micro Fudge
Title: Micro Fudge Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 lb Powder sugar; (3 3/4 +cup) 1/4 c Milk 1 tb Vanilla 1 c Miniature marshmallows 1/2 c Cocoa 1/2 c Margarine 1/2 c Nuts chopped. any kind would -do; I have used walnuts, -both English and Black, and -pecans 1. Melt margarine, add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, marshmallows (packed tightly into cup and a little overflowing), cocoa. 2. Cook on high (650 watts) for 2 to 3 min. stir, put in nuts, pour in greased pan......cool about 1 hour.... hint: I usually beat it a little after cooking and adding nuts before I pour it out. cut before completely cool.
