Title: Mint Punch Categories: Beverages, Non-alcohol, Punch Yield: 1 Servings -------------------------------SYRUP MIXTURE------------------------------- 2 c Sugar 1 1/2 c Mint leaves, fresh OR 1/3 c Mint leaves, dried 2 c Boiling water ----------------------------FRUIT JUICE MIXTURE---------------------------- 3/4 c Lemon juice 1 6 oz can frozen orange juice -concentrate 1 6 oz can pineapple juice, -frozen concentrate 2 qt Ginger ale, or champagne 1 12 oz can apricot nectar 1 6 oz can limeade, frozen -concentrate Boil water, add sugar and mint. Let sit for 20 minutes, Strain leaves from the syrup. Use all juices undiluted. Mix all juices and then add syrup mixture. This base makes 2 quarts even. Base freezes nicely for future use.
