1 c Sugar
4 tb Cocoa
1 1/2 c Miracle Whip
1 c Water (warm)
2 c Flour
2 ts Soda
1 ds Salt
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Vanilla

Mix sugar, cocoa, and Miracle Whip. Then alternate with water, flour,
soda, salt, & baking powder. Mix well. Add vanilla and bake. Bake @ 350
for 25-30 mins.
